I love to teach yoga 1-2-1, to get to know you, your needs, fears, dreams and assist you to come in touch with your true self (purusa).

Traditionally yoga was taught one on one. I tailor the practice to meet your needs enabling you to experience the full benefits of yoga. Learning and practicing Asanas(postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Meditation techniques at your own pace is the most effective way to realise the benefits of yoga.

Some clients I have scene weekly for over 8 years others just for 6 months. There are many reasons people opt for 1-2-1 tuition; time restraints, convenience, injuries, disabilities, pregnancy, immune issues, low energy, or advanced student wanting to focus on specific practices of yoga.


Individual 90 minute session

London – £120

Kent – £90

Individual 60 minute session

Kent Only – £60

Concessions: I offer one concessionary place per week for those who are unable to afford the full price (contact me for availability)


After your initial session we book a block of 10 or more session. Where possible each session happens in the same slot each week. This helps to build the psychic and spiritual energy field around your practice and our meetings. This routine helps the client to go deeper into the work and establishes a centre point within the maze of life that the client can depend on and lean into for support and clarity.

At the end of each block we review and decide how to continue.

If you shift work irregular hours, get in touch with your schedule and we can see what might be possible between us.


Cancellations and appointment changes made by the client must be made 1 week in advance.

If less than 7 days notice is given the full amount will be charged to the client.
