What is yoga?
Yoga is a big word. Often translated as union. To find yoga we must brave full inclusivity, to include all of ourself, without exception. Yoga is a practice of 2 opposing forces; action and receptivity, change and acceptance, expansion and release, growth and surrender. This ancient spiritual system helps to restore the much needed balance between body, mind and spirit. Bringing the student of yoga into union with themselves and all life.
Students often experience moving, stretching, breathing, relaxation, meditation, connection and quietness. Alex is a senior accredited yoga teacher. She teaches yoga that embraces Hatha, Ashtanga, Pregnancy and Vini yoga from T.K.V Desikachar.
